8 General Description:
9 This bill amends provisions relating to campaign finance disclosures.

11 This bill:
12 < requires the lieutenant governor to provide the ability for a member of the public to
13 conduct an online search, by individual contributor, of campaign finance
14 disclosures.

23 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
24 Section 1. Section 20A-11-106 is enacted to read:
25 20A-11-106. Online search of campaign disclosures.

26 On or before January 1, 2026, the lieutenant governor shall provide the ability for a
27 member of the public to conduct an online search, by individual contributor, of the
28 contributions and expenditures reported under this chapter.
29 Section 2. Effective date.
30 This bill takes effect on May 1, 2024.
