                                 A BILL


 
      To repeal the Human Rights Sanctuary Amendment Act of 2022.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``D.C. Shield Law Repeal Act''.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF HUMAN RIGHTS SANCTUARY AMENDMENT ACT OF 2022.

    The Human Rights Sanctuary Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24-257) 
is hereby repealed, and any provision of law amended or repealed by 
such Act is restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted 
into law.
