Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Safe Embassies Act''. SEC. 2. MODIFICATION TO CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATIONS. Paragraph (1) of section 105(b) of the Diplomatic Security Act (22 U.S.C. 4804(b)) is amended by inserting ``, including a detailed explanation of the national security value of re-opening such a post'' before the period at the end. <all>
