Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``National Museum of Pop Culture Act''. SEC. 2. DESIGNATION OF NATIONAL MUSEUM OF POP CULTURE IN SEATTLE, WASHINGTON. (a) Designation.--The Museum of Pop Culture located in Seattle, Washington, is designated as the ``National Museum of Pop Culture''. (b) Effect of Designation.--The National Museum of Pop Culture designated by subsection (a) is not a unit of the National Park System and the designation shall not be construed to require or permit Federal funds to be expended for any purpose related to the museum. <all>
