Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No Union Time on the Taxpayer's Dime Act''. SEC. 2. ELIMINATION OF OFFICIAL TIME. (a) In General.--Section 7131 of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: ``Sec. 7131. Elimination of official time ``Any activities performed by an employee relating to the business of a labor organization shall be performed during the time the employee is in a non-duty status.''. (b) Clerical Amendment.--The table of sections for subchapter IV of chapter 71 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking the item relating to section 7131 and inserting the following: ``7131. Elimination of official time.''. <all>
