Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Homeland Operations and Unilateral Tactics Halting Incursions: Preventing Coordinated Subversion, Military Aggression and Lawless Levies Granting Rogue Operatives Unchecked Power Act of 2025'' or the ``HOUTHI PC SMALL GROUP Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. COMMUNICATION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION ON MOBILE OR DESKTOP MESSAGING APPLICATION. (a) In General.--Chapter 37 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 798A the following: ``Sec. 798B. Communication of classified information on mobile or desktop messaging application ``Whoever knowingly communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available any classified information on a mobile or desktop messaging application shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.''. (b) Clerical Amendment.--The table of sections for chapter 37 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item related to section 798A the following: ``798B. Communication of classified information on mobile or desktop messaging application.''. <all>
