introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the 
               Committee on Energy and Natural Resources

To amend the Public Lands Corps Act of 1993 to modify the cost-sharing 
requirement for conservation projects carried out by a qualified youth 
             or conservation corps, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. COST-SHARING REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSERVATION PROJECTS CARRIED 
              OUT BY A QUALIFIED YOUTH OR CONSERVATION CORPS.

    Section 212(a)(1) of the Public Lands Corps Act of 1993 (16 U.S.C. 
1729(a)(1)) is amended--
            (1) in the first sentence, by striking ``75'' and inserting 
        ``90''; and
            (2) in the second sentence, by striking ``25'' and 
        inserting ``10''.
