Stop Funding Our Adversaries Act of 2023

This bill prohibits federal agencies from conducting or supporting, either directly or indirectly, research that will be conducted by (1) China's government; (2) the Chinese Communist Party (CCP); (3) any agent or instrumentality of China's government or the CCP; or (4) any entity owned or controlled by China or the CCP.
