Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Natural Gas Tax Repeal Act''. SEC. 2. REPEAL. Section 136 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7436) (relating to methane emissions and waste reduction incentive program for petroleum and natural gas systems) is repealed. SEC. 3. RESCISSION. The unobligated balance of any amounts made available under section 136 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7436) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded. <all>
