Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Extend the TikTok Deadline Act''. SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF DEADLINE. Section 2(a)(2)(A) of the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act (15 U.S.C. 9901 note; division H of Public Law 118-50) is amended by striking ``270 days'' and inserting ``540 days''. <all>
