Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No SmartPay for Anti-2A Companies Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL PAYMENT SYSTEMS UNDER THE SMARTPAY PROGRAM. (a) In General.--The Administrator of General Services may not award a contract under the SmartPay Program for the procurement of a commercial payment system that uses a payment processing agency that has implemented a merchant category code for gun retailers. (b) Applicability.--This Act shall not apply to any contract awarded before the date of the enactment of this Act. <all>
