Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Inflation Reduction Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. REPEAL OF INFLATION REDUCTION ACT OF 2022. (a) In General.--Public Law 117-169 (commonly referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022) is repealed. (b) Rescissions.--The unobligated balances of any amounts made available under Public Law 117-169 are rescinded. <all>
