Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. CLASS A MISDEMEANOR. Section 3559 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(h) Class A Misdemeanor.--Any person who willfully and knowingly violates a provision of Federal law, for which no punishment is prescribed for such violation under statute, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.''. <all>
