                                 A BILL


 
   To amend title 10, United States Code, to eliminate cost-sharing 
 requirements for behavioral health care under TRICARE Reserve Select.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Affordable Mental Health Care for 
Selected Reserve Act''.

SEC. 2. LIMITATION ON COST-SHARING FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE UNDER 
              TRICARE RESERVE SELECT.

    Section 1076d of title 10, United States Code, is amended--
            (1) by redesignating subsections (e) and (f) as subsections 
        (f) and (g), respectively; and
            (2) by inserting after subsection (d) the following new 
        subsection (e):
    ``(e) Cost-Sharing for Behavioral Health Care.--Notwithstanding the 
cost-sharing requirements under section 1075(c) of this title, a member 
of a reserve component covered by TRICARE Reserve Select under this 
section shall not be subject to applicable cost-shares or copayment 
requirements for any behavioral health care covered under TRICARE 
Reserve Select.''.
