Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Temporary Extension of Fentanyl Scheduling Act of 2024''. SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY ORDER FOR FENTANYL-RELATED SUBSTANCES. Section 2 of the Temporary Reauthorization and Study of the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act (Public Law 116-114; 134 Stat. 103) is amended by striking ``December 31, 2024'' and inserting ``December 31, 2025''. <all>
