Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act''. SEC. 2. PROVISION OF MILK TO MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES AT DINING FACILITIES ON MILITARY INSTALLATIONS. (a) In General.--The Secretary of Defense shall provide fluid or powdered milk to members of the Armed Forces at dining facilities on military installations, in varieties that may include-- (1) unflavored; (2) flavored; (3) organic; (4) non-organic; (5) whole; (6) reduced-fat; (7) low-fat; (8) fat-free; (9) lactose-free; or (10) any combination thereof. (b) Prohibition.--The Secretary may not, to carry out this section, purchase fluid or powdered milk from an entity owned or controlled by a foreign adversary, as determined by the Secretary of Commerce under section 7.4 of title 15, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulation). <all>
