 following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services

                                 A BILL


 
 To extend the authority of the Secretary of the Army to enter into a 
contract, partnership, or grant with a non-profit organization for the 
    purpose of providing financial support for the maintenance and 
   sustainment of infrastructure and facilities at military service 
memorials and museums that highlight the role of women in the military.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SERVICEWOMEN'S COMMEMORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS.

    Section 362(b) of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense 
Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116-283; 10 U.S.C. 
7771 note prec.) is amended--
            (1) by striking ``2021'' and inserting ``2025''; and
            (2) by striking ``$3,000,000'' and inserting 
        ``$1,000,000''.
