  To authorize the appropriation of amounts for the construction of a 
  consolidated communication facility at Marine Corps Logistics Base 
                            Albany, Georgia.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``MCLB Albany Innovation Act''.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF AMOUNTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A CONSOLIDATED 
              COMMUNICATION FACILITY AT MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS BASE 
              ALBANY, GEORGIA.

    There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Defense 
for fiscal year 2025 $64,100,000 for the construction of a consolidated 
communication facility at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia.
