                                 A BILL


 
   To require the President to notify Congress of each instance the 
 President takes certain drugs relating to cognitive function, and for 
                            other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No Juicing Joe Act''.

SEC. 2. NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President shall 
notify the House of Representatives and the Senate not later than five 
days after each instance the President ingests or otherwise takes a 
dose of any stimulant (not including caffeine or nicotine) or any 
anabolic steroid, narcotic, or other drug known to heighten or impair 
alertness, judgement, or mood.
