To provide that an alien who holds a passport issued by the Palestinian 
 Authority may not be admitted or paroled into the United States or be 
    issued a visa or other documentation to enter the United States.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Guarding American Zones Against 
Palestinian Immigration Act'' or the ``GAZA Act''.

SEC. 2. NO IMMIGRATION FROM GAZA.

    Beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and ending on the 
date that is 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, an alien 
who holds a passport issued by the Palestinian Authority may not--
            (1) be admitted or paroled into the United States; or
            (2) be issued a visa or other documentation to enter the 
        United States.
