Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to ``Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Minimum Staffing Standards for Long- Term Care Facilities and Medicaid Institutional Payment Transparency Reporting'' (89 Fed. Reg. 40876 (May 10, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect. <all>
