the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to
the Committee on Finance

JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5,
United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services relating to ``Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Minimum
Staffing Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities and Medicaid
Institutional Payment Transparency Reporting''.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the
rule submitted by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to
``Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Minimum Staffing Standards for Long-
Term Care Facilities and Medicaid Institutional Payment Transparency
Reporting'' (89 Fed. Reg. 40876 (May 10, 2024)), and such rule shall
have no force or effect.
