Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. IMPLEMENTATION OF GAO RECOMMENDATIONS. The Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall take such actions as may be necessary to implement the priority recommendations of the Comptroller General of the United States contained in the report published on November 15, 2022 and titled ``Disaster Recovery: Actions Needed to Improve the Federal Approach'' (GAO-23-104956). <all>
