  To make permanent the authority to collect Shasta-Trinity National 
                          Forest marina fees.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PERMANENT AUTHORIZATION TO COLLECT SHASTA-TRINITY NATIONAL 
              FOREST MARINA FEES.

    Section 422 of the Department of the Interior, Environment, and 
Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2008 (Public Law 110-161; 121 
Stat. 2149; 123 Stat. 747; 128 Stat. 346), is amended by striking 
``through fiscal year 2019''.
