This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of

• H. Con. Res. 9 (denounces socialism and opposes the implementation of socialist policies in the United States), and
• H. Res. 76 (removes Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota from the House Committee on Foreign Affairs).
