Debra dedicated 26 years to the Gladewater Independent School District as an elementary school counselor, positively impacting the lives of her students and colleagues. Debra was married to Lionel Clouatre for 41 years until his passing in 2021 and was a devoted mother to two daughters, Jessica and Natalie, and a proud grandmother to Rilee and Ivy. She enjoyed various hobbies, including traveling, bird-watching, and gardening. The resolution expresses condolences to her family and friends, acknowledging the warmth, generosity, and resilience that Debra brought to those around her.
