Mr. Fowler was actively involved in the Livestock Marketing Association and the Northeast Texas Beef Improvement Organization. He was a devoted family man, fathering three children and welcoming numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren into his life. A man of faith, he was a valued member of Grace Family Church.
