Waggoner is remembered for his deep commitment to family, faith, and service. He was married to his wife, Sue, for 72 years and took pride in their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In retirement, the couple enjoyed traveling and golfing, and Waggoner dedicated time to teaching Bible and Sunday school classes.
