This payment is for the salary and other expenses authorized by the section, which must be placed in an administrative fund for disbursement. The changes apply to amounts deposited in the judicial fund from fees collected by statutory probate courts, regardless of when they were collected, and the bill will take effect 91 days after the legislative session concludes.
