After Allen's passing in 1995, Hobart continued to run the establishment, which relocated in 2010 to a historic building in Southtown.

The resolution acknowledges Liberty Bar's significant impact on the San Antonio community over the past four decades, highlighting its loyal customer base and status as a beloved institution.
