The resolution honors Lexi Landrum, a freshman swimmer from Dripping Springs High School, for her impressive representation of the United States at the 2025 International School Sport Federation U15 Gymnasiade held in Zlatibor, Serbia. Competing among nearly 3,000 student-athletes, Ms. Landrum showcased her talent in various swimming events, including the 100-, 200-, and 800-meter freestyle, as well as the 100- and 200-meter backstroke and the 50-meter butterfly. Her contributions helped Team USA secure 7th place in both the 4x50-meter freestyle medley and the 4x50-meter medley relay races.

In addition to her international achievements, Ms. Landrum has excelled at the high school level, contributing to her team's victory in the District 26-6A title and qualifying for the UIL 6A state meet with her relay teams, which set new school records. The resolution expresses the Texas House of Representatives' congratulations and best wishes for her future endeavors, recognizing the pride she has brought to her school and community through her athletic accomplishments.
