H.R. No. 1126 is a resolution recognizing the 50th anniversary of Leadership Dallas, a program founded in 1975 by the Dallas Chamber of Commerce to cultivate local visionary and service-oriented leaders. The program, which spans ten months, engages participants in discussions on critical community issues such as health care, public policy, economic development, education, the arts, and the criminal justice system. Each year, 55 young businesspeople and entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds participate, and over the years, more than 2,300 individuals have benefited from the training in stewardship and civic responsibility, many of whom have gone on to serve on local boards and commissions.

The resolution honors the members of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2025 during their visit to the State Capitol on May 13, 2025, and acknowledges the significant impact the program has had on both its participants and the broader community over the past five decades. It expresses the Texas House of Representatives' high regard for the contributions of Leadership Dallas and its alumni, and an official copy of the resolution will be prepared for the group as a token of recognition.
