The bill, S.B. No. 2355, proposes the designation of a segment of Farm-to-Market Road 969 in Travis County as the Senior Police Officer Lewis "Andy" Traylor Memorial Highway. This designation will apply to the portion of the road between its intersection with Decker Lane and its intersection with U.S. Highway 183. The bill includes provisions for the Texas Department of Transportation to design and construct markers that indicate this designation, as well as to erect these markers at both ends of the highway and at appropriate intermediate locations.

Additionally, the bill specifies that this new designation is supplementary to any existing designations of the highway. It also includes a directive for the provisions added by this Act to be renumbered to avoid any conflicts with existing laws. The Act is set to take effect on September 1, 2025.
