The firm has significantly contributed to the fields of hydraulics, hydrology, and floodplain management, expanding its services to include 24 unique offerings in infrastructure, mobility, placemaking, and water. Under the leadership of President and CEO Jessica Baker Daily, Halff has established 14 offices in Texas and 18 additional locations across several states, partnering with various governmental entities on impactful infrastructure projects, including the first-ever state flood plan for Texas and the largest stormwater tunnel in the U.S.
