The Texas House of Representatives has passed a resolution recognizing the Bob Bullock Scholars Program at Baylor University and its participants for the 2025 legislative session. Established in 2000 in honor of Lieutenant Governor Bob Bullock, the program aims to promote the study of politics among students by providing them with hands-on experience in Texas government. Each scholar works full-time for a member of the Texas House or Senate during the legislative session, gaining valuable insights into public service and governance.

This year's participants include Annabel Curtis, Molly Brown, Mady Miller, Hayden Head, Rhea Nijjar, and Sophia Whetstone, who are assigned to various representatives and senators. The resolution commends these students for their commitment to public service and acknowledges Dr. Patrick J. Flavin, the program's director since 2021, for his leadership. An official copy of the resolution will be prepared for the scholars as a token of appreciation from the Texas House of Representatives.
