He had a successful career, initially working in an architectural firm before managing his family's air conditioning business for over 20 years. In 2016, he and Beth acquired a local printing company, AlphaGraphics, which they successfully developed. Toby was also deeply involved in his community, serving as a deacon at Trinity Bible Church and participating in various local organizations, including the Weatherford ISD School Board and Boy Scout Troop No. 109.

The resolution expresses heartfelt condolences to Toby's family, including his wife, sons, parents, and brother, and acknowledges the profound impact he had on those around him through his generosity, kindness, and commitment to his faith and community.
