H.R. No. 95 is a resolution honoring the life and legacy of Andrew H. Villarreal, who passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 94. Born in San Antonio on July 4, 1930, Villarreal served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and later dedicated his life to ministry. He was married to Josefina Torres for many years and was a proud father to four children, as well as a grandfather and great-grandfather. Throughout his nearly four-decade ministry, he served various congregations across Texas and was instrumental in founding the Hispanic Senior Adult Camp and other ministerial organizations.

The resolution expresses condolences to Villarreal's family, including his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, acknowledging the profound impact he had on the lives of many through his spiritual leadership. It concludes with a request for an official copy of the resolution to be prepared for his family and states that the Texas House of Representatives will adjourn in his memory. The resolution was unanimously adopted by the House on March 6, 2025.
