His previous experience includes serving as the assistant to the mayor from 2018 to 2024, where he managed the mayor's schedule, provided counsel on U.S.-Mexico relations, and accompanied the mayor on public and international engagements. Additionally, he worked as an audiovisual technical assistant for Laredo's Public Access Center from 2007 to 2018.
