R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
BE IT RESOLVED, That the member appointed as chair of the |
|
|
following standing and select committees of the House of |
|
|
Representatives of the 88th Texas Legislature be removed from the |
|
|
position of chair of the committee: |
|
|
(1) Business and Industry; |
|
|
(2) Corrections; |
|
|
(3) County Affairs; |
|
|
(4) Criminal Jurisprudence; |
|
|
(5) Juvenile Justice and Family Issues; |
|
|
(6) Natural Resources; |
|
|
(7) Resolutions Calendars; |
|
|
(8) Youth Health and Safety, Select Committee; and |
|
|
(9) Transportation; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the member appointed as vice-chair of the |
|
|
committee shall serve as chair of the committee for the remainder of |
|
|
the 88th Texas Legislature; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That all necessary rules of the House of |
|
|
Representatives of the 88th Texas Legislature be suspended for the |
|
|
purpose of carrying out this resolution. |
