R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Corando R. Trevino is celebrating his 48th |
|
|
anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in Robstown in October |
|
|
2023; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, One of the oldest community pharmacies in Nueces |
|
|
County, Modern Pharmacy first opened its doors in 1937 under the |
|
|
ownership of C. Adame; the store was acquired by Mr. Trevino on |
|
|
October 1, 1975; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In the nearly half a century since, this |
|
|
accomplished pharmacist and businessman has devoted himself to |
|
|
ensuring the health and wellness of Robstown area residents; over |
|
|
the years, his wife, Ninfa, and their children, Cory and Leila, have |
|
|
also played an integral role in the family business; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through his dedication, expertise, and commitment |
|
|
to serving his customers, C. R. Trevino has built Modern Pharmacy |
|
|
into a respected Robstown business, and he and his family are indeed |
|
|
deserving of recognition for their contributions to the community; |
|
|
now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 3rd Called Session, hereby congratulate Corando R. |
|
|
Trevino on his 48th anniversary as the owner of Modern Pharmacy in |
|
|
Robstown and extend to the Trevino family sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Trevino as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
