H.R. No. 1599

	R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Emma Claire White has ably served her fellow Texans
	as an intern in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson
	during the 88th Legislative Session; and
	WHEREAS, Since joining the staff in January 2023, Ms. White
	has provided vital assistance in handling a wide variety of
	challenging tasks, including researching legislation,
	corresponding with constituents, and attending hearings; in
	addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
	service, she has learned more about the legislative process and the
	issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
	WHEREAS, A student at The University of Texas at Austin,
	Ms. White is currently studying political science and government in
	the Liberal Arts Honors Program; and
	WHEREAS, Emma Claire White has performed her duties as a
	legislative intern with skill and dedication, and she is indeed
	deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, therefore,
	be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
	Legislature hereby commend Emma Claire White for her service as a
	legislative intern in the office of State Representative Ann
	Johnson and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success
	in all her endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
	prepared for Ms. White as an expression of high regard by the Texas
	House of Representatives.
