Senate Joint Resolution 1239, sponsored by Bailey, honors Natalie Saxon-Adams for her exceptional service to the State of Tennessee. A native of Hendersonville, Mrs. Saxon-Adams began her career with the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce in February 2022 and quickly rose to the position of membership manager by October 2022. During her tenure, she has successfully organized numerous events, including 282 ribbon-cutting ceremonies and 19 school adoption ceremonies, while also welcoming 315 new members to the Chamber. Her dedication and leadership have earned her the respect of her colleagues and the community.

In addition to her professional achievements, Mrs. Saxon-Adams is a graduate of Leadership Putnam and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Tennessee Technological University. She is also a devoted family member, recently welcoming her first son, Avery, in January 2025. The resolution emphasizes the importance of public service and recognizes Mrs. Saxon-Adams' contributions to the community, reflecting the values of Tennessee as the Volunteer State.
