This new provision mandates that the secretary of state compile and publish a report detailing the number of nonprofit corporate registrations that have been administratively revoked for violations of the law over the past three calendar years. The report must be transmitted to key legislative figures, including the chief clerks of both the Senate and House of Representatives, as well as the legislative librarian, by December 31, 2026. The report can be published and transmitted electronically.

Additionally, this new section will be repealed on January 1, 2027. The act is set to take effect immediately upon becoming law, emphasizing the importance of public welfare in its implementation.
