House Joint Resolution 708, sponsored by Parkinson, recognizes and congratulates Khadajah Kimbrough for being named the 2025-2026 Miss LeMoyne-Owen College. As a senior biology major, Kimbrough is the seventy-seventh individual to hold this title, and her platform initiative, "The R.O.S.E.
