House Joint Resolution 684, sponsored by Representative Keisling, honors HOPE Family Health on its twentieth anniversary. Established in 2005 as a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center, HOPE Family Health has dedicated itself to providing compassionate and competent care to all individuals, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Initially founded in a double-wide trailer in Westmoreland, the organization has significantly expanded its services over the years, now operating multiple locations and offering a wide range of healthcare services, including primary medical care, behavioral health, and dental referrals, to residents in Macon, Sumner, and Trousdale counties.
The resolution commends HOPE Family Health for its unwavering commitment to integrated, patient-centered care and recognizes its contributions to the health and well-being of Tennesseans. With a staff of ninety employees, the organization has been acknowledged as a Tennessee Safety Net Provider and is affiliated with several esteemed health associations. The General Assembly expresses its best wishes for HOPE Family Health's continued success in the future.
