In addition to his legal and public service contributions, Mr. Taylor has been a dedicated community member, serving as the pastor of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church since 1995 and engaging in various civic and charitable organizations. He is celebrated for his commitment to improving the quality of life for his fellow citizens and is supported by his family, including his wife Joyce and their children and grandchildren. The resolution honors his legacy and wishes him continued success and happiness in his retirement.
