House Resolution 10, sponsored by Maberry, honors Airman Apprentice Araceli White from Clarksville, Tennessee, for her outstanding achievement in the U.S. Navy. Recently, she graduated as the top Sailor from the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command (RTC) and received the prestigious Military Excellence Award, which recognizes recruits who exemplify enthusiasm, devotion to duty, military bearing, and teamwork. This award signifies her exceptional performance and places her among the elite of the newest Sailors as she begins her military career.

In addition to her military accomplishments, Araceli White is a graduate of West Creek High School, where she was actively involved in various extracurricular activities, including the National Honor Society, honor choir, student government, and drama club, and was recognized as an All-State soccer player. She enlisted in the Navy with the intention of serving her country and personal development. Following her training at RTC, she will attend Air Traffic Controller "A" School to further her skills in air traffic control and communications. The resolution expresses gratitude for her commitment to the United States and wishes her continued success in her military endeavors.
