House Resolution 8, sponsored by Glynn, honors the Kenwood High School unified bowling team for their remarkable achievement in winning the 2025 TSSAA Unified Bowling State Championship. This victory marks a significant milestone as Kenwood High School becomes the first school in Montgomery County to secure a state championship, whether in unified or traditional sports. The resolution highlights the team's impressive journey, including their success in the inaugural season of unified sports in Tennessee, where they finished as the second seed in the state tournament.

The resolution also recognizes the dedication and sportsmanship of the team members—Matthew Walls, Jerome Asbury, Sebastian Kelley, Karlos Ransom II, Elijah Farrior, and DaSean McFerrin—along with their coaches, Melissa Suss and Kellie Piche-Tatro. It emphasizes the importance of unified sports in promoting social inclusion and collaboration among individuals with and without intellectual disabilities. The House of Representatives expresses pride in the accomplishments of these student athletes, both in sports and academics, and extends best wishes for their future endeavors.
