Senate Joint Resolution 139, sponsored by Southerland, honors Nancy Harmon on the occasion of her retirement after twenty-two years of dedicated service at Heritage Center. Throughout her career, Mrs. Harmon has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and integrity, earning the respect of her colleagues and the community as the human resources manager. With nearly four decades of experience in the field, she began her career at the Anchor Brush Plant in 1986 and subsequently worked for the Performance Food Group Company and the Life Care Center of Morristown before joining Heritage Center in 2002.

The resolution expresses heartfelt wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement for Mrs. Harmon, acknowledging her commitment to the mission of Heritage Center and her significant contributions to the organization. It also highlights her personal life, including her supportive husband, Mark, and their sons, Tyler and Tyson.
