ON MARCH 10, 2025, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 835, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 limits the application of the bill to administrative actions brought against the person or entity by the commission, or challenging the actions of the commission, and clarifies that the attorney's fees awarded must be actual and reasonable.
