ON FEBRUARY 24, 2025, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 325, AS AMENDED. AMEMDNEMNT #1 changes the date to observe "Father Charles Strobel Day" from March 13 to March 12 of each year and clarifies that such day is not a legal holiday for purposes of closing public offices in this state.
